Household pets may be permitted at Bay Quarters Townhomes. Please contact the Leasing staff for more details.

This policy does not apply to service animals or other assistance animals permitted as a reasonable accommodation under applicable fair housing law. No pet deposit, pet fee, or additional pet rent will be charged for a service or assistance animal. Residents remain responsible for physical damage caused by an animal as permitted by applicable law.
